We brewed up Synty-Flow as a sweet, thick imperial stout with notes shades of milk chocolate and strong coffee. Thanks to the special combo of malt base and yeast, we ended up with a drink that combines a warm strength, the density of a dessert along with choco- vanilla notes in both taste and aroma.

Can from Beerdome. Aroma is milk chocolate and vanilla with roasted malt, sugar, coffee, espresso, caramel, touch of marshmallows. Flavour is quite sweet with a moderate roasty bitterness. Body is full with a sticky feel. Sweet and sugary but roasty as well with some lovely choco and coffee notes.

Can. Opaque dark brown beer, good tan head. Airy palate, mildly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Fluffy dark malts, nice chocolate fudge streak. Little fruity chocolate. Some marshmallow comes through on the light and semi dry finish. There is mellow but rich coffee that underpins it all. A little spice on the finish. Could be richer in the mouthfeel and perhaps a tad sweeter but this is a fine pastry stout.

Draught @ Craft Beer Winter Wonderland 2020, Helsinki. Heavy and intense with some sticky syrup, alcohol, dark chocolate, vanilla, burnt coffee and dry earthiness. A bit unbalanced.

330ml can from Bliznetsy in Moscow. Pours pitch black with a small tan head. Aroma is vanilla, dark chocolate, roasted malt. Taste is medium sweet, Russian marshmallows, black coffee. Quite a strong bitter finish. Very enjoyable.
