Bottle on the 1856 Brussels - St Pancras, 374025 & 026, 11/06/18. Small haze on a light golden blonde pour with a decent off white covering. Nose is sweet malts, dried fruits, marzipan, sugary, dates, stewed prunes, light varnish. Taste comprises sweet fruit esters, light booze, caramel, sugar, fruit cake. Medium plus body, fine carbonation, semi drying close with warming alcohol. A touch harsh and sweet at the same time. Sub par affair.

15th May 2018, a beautiful sunny afternoon in Brugge. My wife and I had a few beers in the rear garden area of the bottle shop 'Bier Paleis', a 33cl bottle shaped can of this was my first of the mini session. Clear, light golden pour, snow white topping. Aroma had a herbal yeasty front with some mild fruity hop notes. The taste followed the same lines, with a slight bitterness to the overall flavour. Nice in the sun.

Thanks to Dobbe for the (distinct) bottle!
Pours clear pale golden with a small, frothy, off-white head. The aroma contains yeast, spices, hops, some fruits (apple), 'champagne', some banana. It tastes light fruity sweet and medium spicy bitter with champagne-like qualities that remind me a bit of Duvel. Dry, bitter finish. Medium body, slick texture, soft fizzy carbonation. Well-made.

330ml deoderant can-type bottle from Auchan. Bizarre. Pours a misty gold, super fresh zesty lemon and citrus aroma. Taste is zesty and perhaps more flavoursome and fruity than expected. Pineapple juice, yeast, lime, lemon, vanilla, spritzy carbonation with some belgian tripel notes. Quite strong tasting. Not bad at all

Bottle kindly shared by Rubin77 at a tasting in his flat. Perfumey, with moderate-light high yeasty spiciness, clove, also lemony citrusy hoppiness. High carbonation. Very good.

Huge, dense, fine and stable yellowish head, fed by lively carbonated clear golden beer. Spicy nose, herbs, grass, yeast and some esters. Toasted, and bit burning flavour; toasted bread, white candi sugar, some alcoholsweetness. Rosewater in the finish, "amandine". Bit fiery, hot, though passing sensation, medium bodied, bit slick, alcoholwarming, making it seem more than 8%. Yeah... decent apéritif beer; one to sip rather than to drink.
