Louisiane Pilsener is reminiscant of the classic Czech style where beer was fermented in long underground ice caves. This lower than normel temperature and extended maturation, present a crisp refreshing lager, with balanced Saaz hop bitterness. This beer compliments especially hot and spicy seafood, where the malt sweetness and hop bitterness balance chili and spice flavors.

A decent beer, especially given the overall quality of blondish beers in Vietnam. A really great lighter beer for the beer, well rounded.

Golden colour. Rich, herbaceous noble hop aroma...it’s a little different than the usual pilsner on account of Kiwi hops. It’s rich and woody, with lingering bread and a caramelly underpinning. Moderate bitterness in this beer is herbal, but at 32IBUs it’s one of the more robust beers in SE Asia. Light fruity hop notes balanced by rich malts underneath. Complex, rounded example, one of the better lagers in VN.

Draught@brewpub. Clear yellow color, steady small white head. Lemony hoppy nose. Hayish, nicely Saaz-hopped Czech type tasty pils. A bit watery for being 5%, but probably the best pils in Vietnam.
