Bottle 0.61 l. Golden, clear, lush white foam. Aroma: sweet, barley malt, rice and rice sticks, slightly fruity. Taste: a little sweet, malt with rice, soft, small hint of hops, not very tasty.

Bottle into lager glass. From bottle shop in Beverly Hills, Sydney. Label says 12.0°P, 5.5%. Green bottle, skunky burnt rubber nose. Pale amber beer with zero head and medium carbonation.Oily texture. Medium body, some malt in the taste which becomes more like malt vinegar in the finish. Sweet sherbet finishes it all off. Actually gets easier to drink as it warms. Unpleasant and industrial.

Rather pricy (£2.85) 610ml bottle from a Chinese food shop in central Moscow. Pours gold with a small white head. Aroma is grain, rice. Taste follows the aroma, slightly sweet, light bodied and low bitterness. Enjoyable and simple pale lager.
