First brewed to commemorate 200-year anniversary of the Battle of Borodino.
Malt base consists of two malts, original gravity is 14 P. This beer has a deep brownish dark-red colour and a distinct flavour of pumpernickel bread crust.

Пиво сварено впервые в честь 200-летия Бородинского сражения. Двухсолодовое пиво, начальной плотности 14%. Обладает глубоким тёмным рубиново-коричневым цветом и характерным ароматом и вкусом бородинского хлеба.

Appearance: Chestnut brown, moderate off-white frothy head of medium retention. Aroma: rye bread, esters, somewhat toasted. Taste: bready, a bit spicy, fruity. Low hopping. Mouth feel: rounded. Overall: enjoyable.

On tap from GlavPivMag. Pours brown/dark amber with a small light brown head. Taste of rye bread, caramel. Slightly sweet, low bitterness. Very pleasant and very local lager, although given the name I would have expected some coriander.
