Bottle opens with a massive pop! Pours transparent blonde with a big white head that slowly fades. In the glass it looks like a pilsner. Bit of lacing going on. Aroma of grass, honey, vinegar. Highly carbonated. Taste is bready and grassy. On the tongue it feels like Russian mineral water. It's quite nice. Shelf life is still 17 days.
