One of London’s countless craft brewers collaborating with French newcomer Popinh, thanks tderoeck for sharing. Snow white, lacing, mousy, medium thick head, cloudy yellow blonde robe. Aroma of ripe mango and mango juice, granadilla, acacia honey, meringue, lychee, sugared lemon juice. Sweet onset with thin sourish edge, hints of mango, pineapple, lychee and yellow kiwi, softishly carbonated, fluffy-doughy malt sweet ‘soil’ drenched in highly aromatic, fruity hoppiness reminiscent of mango, pomelo, lychee and passionfruit with a mild spicy note to it, only very lightly bittering in the tail. Very decent and well-balanced New England IPA, also thanks to that late but important hop bitter note in the finish.

Clear dark blond beer, small creamy off-white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lovely stuff, very fruity, quite some tropical fruits, citrus, mango, some pineapple, oranges, tangerines. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sweet, nice bitterness, some citrus, bit sourish, pineapple, some mango. Aftertaste: orange peel, bit fruity, mango, lovely beer! Gipsy Hill always does such a nice ipa's!

Can sourced from Beerdome and shared at home - hazed yellow to light orange with a puffy white head. Big juicy fruity action, waves of grapefruit, pineapple, mango, melon, pillowy soft mouthfeel, medium body, light bitter hoppy finish. Tasty.
