Busker is our collab with Musa. A Maibock, lagered for 100 days (!) and an all out homage to our traditional German cousins.
Showcasing big, sweet malt character, with noble hops giving hits of spice and floral. It’s a smooth, nutty, malty, spicy beast.
Goes well with long waits and music in your ears.
Featuring Pedro, Head brewer of Musa and musical whizz kid.

Can, 5.8%. Dusty aroma. Hazy dark golden colour. Very small white head. The flavour starts off papery and turns maltier after a bit. Good spicy hop note in the finish.

Can from Beer Zoo. Clear amber body with a lasting off-white head. Lively carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of earth, nuts and a hint of milk chocolate. Flavour of toast, bran flakes and a peppery finish. Thin to medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. A nice beery beer. I’m surprised the previous reviews aren’t more positive. Gipsy Hill are releasing consistently great beers recently.

Keg at BrewDog Tower Hill. Doughy floral aroma. Bright amber. Creamy white head. Low key bitternes before light-medium sweetness sweeps in. Does not overdo the the latter. Light bodied. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry finish. Enjoyable enough with making me want to drink more.
