0.33 l bottle from 'Het Biermoment', best before October 2020, cellared for almost a year. Pitch black with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, light brown head. Sweetish-malty, gently roasty, a little fruity aroma of dark chocolate, coffee, hazelnut, vanilla and a touch of oak. Gently sweet, malty, quite roasty taste of dark chocolate, hard roasted coffee, licorice, toasted hazelnut, some vanilla, light dextrose and a touch of oak, followed by a long, rather roasty-bitter, quite earthy and a little woody finish. Full body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Fairly intense and heavy RIS, a little oaky but hardly any bourbon flavours detectable.

Stark malziger, holzig röstiger Beginn. Leichter Alkohol, eher trocken, steigend röstig. Intensiv malzig, trocken herb-malziges Finish. 9/7/9/9//9

Een beetje vlezig met een vleug mint. Weird.

Bottle. Black pour. Aroma of chocolate, smoke, licorice, oak and coffee. Taste has creamy coffee, bitter smoke, licorice, oak, chocolate, tarr and malt. Not really getting the bourbon, but it's a nice oaked stout.

Black with thin head. Aroma and flavour are packed with heavily roasted bitter malts. Light sweetness of bourbon. Decent body.
