It is a really original beer, sour but it is reasonable, better than the trois dames Gose, hay, white wine barrel, mineral, 03.02.2018, buying it at the ex boissons service Prilly, drinking it at Lausanne, Prélaz.

ABV: 6.276%. Clear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, funk, barnyard, leather, tart, wood - oak, yeast. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, funky, oak - woody, dry, farmyard, leather - brett. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. 11/11/2019. Bottle, sample, courtesy of Saxo & co. Pours amber gold with an average size foamy off-white head. Aroma of sultanas, caramel, sherry trifle biscuits, sweet jammy fruits, light herbs and spices, funky bretty notes and a touch of cinnamon strudel. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Medium body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Enjoyable.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy orange colour with a light beige head. Aroma of apple cider vinegar, apricots, weeds, heather, forest floor and lemon. Flavour of weeds, nettle, apple cider vinegar, gooseberries and some pepper. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a light bitterness. Interesting, balanced and nice.
