We love our new world hops, so of course we dry hopped with more than 3 lbs per barrel of Mosaic, Galaxy, and Citra for this prototypical west coast IPA. For the malt bill we stuck to our go to of 2-row, vienna, and carapils, but added a bit of acid malt to give the neon a touch of acidity. What we ended up with is a bright, juicy west coast IPA that stays focused on the hops and balances dank, greener notes with the citrus and fruit driven leanings of new wave hops.

Can, courtesy of mansquito. Pours frosty gold. Grapefruit, orange juice, toffee, pineapple, light biscuit, light bitterness. Medium body. Fine.

Can from source: pours clear orange with a white head. Aroma is grapefruit, pine and general fruitiness. Nice and clean moderately bitter IPA. Good use of citrus and tropical flavors with a mellow pine.

Dorée, col blanc fin.
Arôme fruité agrumes, fruits à noyaux sur belles notes tropicales.
Palais est fin malté, pils, cara pâle, belle note houblonnée; fruité sur la pêche et abricot avec un léger effet sec de mangue en retrait. Tropical revient en retrait, pointe poudreuse sur la fin;

Can my cousin brought to Vegas with him. Bright orange color small sudsy head. Nose is lovely topical fruit. Tastes of mango, kiwi, cracker, grass, Mary Jane, and oranges. Nice lively palate. Great stuff
