Little by name but not by nature, this micro IPA (one of two beers developed for Hop City 2019) delivers plenty of NEIPA-style hoppy goodness at a super drinkable 2.7% ABV. The mouthfeel has been amped up with the addition of wheat, oats, and dextrin malts as well as a little rye. Hop-wise we added a complex mix of old and new, including orangey Amarillo and the coconut-like Sabro (formerly known as HBC 438). London Fog yeast was used in fermentation to enhance aroma and lend a lightly sweet finish.

150ml draught at Agenturet Øl og Vinbar. Hazy pale golden body, filmy layer leaving spotty lacing on the glassware. Inviting smell of lemon and orange. Mid-dry lemony hops and bread to the taste buds. Short ending with a bitter twist. Easy to drink. Slightly empty impression. (Tromsø 25.06.2019).

Tap. Hop City. Straw colour. Soft haze. Lemon pith. Seltzer. Clean malts. Dry. Light bitter. Light body. A little watery. Clean, dry finish. Ok. Not too much going on, even taking the low ABV into account.
