Limited special release. At Tenaya Creek we believe that all good parties begin and end with a great beer. To commemorate a festival that's been raging since 1810, we've kept to tradition by using the finest Vienna and Munich malts. German Magnum and Czech Saaz hops round out the malty sweetness to produce and old-world favorite that is sure to please. Let us toast! Ein Prosit! ABV: 6.0%

12 oz can from Total Wine, Las Vegas, NV. Pours a hazy gold color with a large off-white head and good retention. Minimal lacing. Lots of streaming carbonation. Floaties present. Bready pale malt aroma. Smooth and clean bready malt flavor to match the nose. Definitely a Festbier versus a Marzen. Maybe some adjuncts in the finish. Medium body. Above average carbonation for the style. Not bitter. Good beer, yet I bet it's even better when it's fresher. Canned 8/19/24.

22 oxz bomber from Total Wine. How this beer could miss so many marks is beyond me. Funky, musty aroma bordering on sour. taste is overly sweet malt, cooked vegetables. Just off and nasty all the way around. I had hoped for much better.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has bread through out that grows in sweetness with a bit of cereal. Flavor is a combination of bread and cereal that are slightly sweet.

A lightly hazed golden marzen with a thick white head. In aroma, crisp grassy malt with light fruity notes, OK. In mouth, a nice crisp biscuit malt with fruity esters, good Saaz hopping, light solvent notes, decent. On tap at brewery.

22oz bomber pours clear deep gold to copper with a nice full light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up lagery malt sweetness and then snippets of roasted malts. The taste is firmly lagery sliding quickly into sugary sweetness. To midway both biscuit and mildly roasted malts come to the surface. Nice.

Draught at the brewpub; 6% ABV
Hazy golden color, with creamy head. The aroma is delicate and fruity. Good mouthfeel; sweetish malt flavor, lingering fruitiness, the bitterness is above the average for an Oktoberfest.
More Ale than Lager, pleasant.
