Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Beer in the glass light golden, small head. Sourish-woody aroma. Starts fine sourish, some woody notes as well. Fruity like lemon, some grapes. Sourish-bitter background. Finish a bit milder. Nice!

Thanks to Erzengel for sharing. Musty pale golden n the glass. White winy smell. Taste is also more on the wine side, fruity, sour with a short barrel wood sequence. Increasing pale grain in the second part. Refreshing stuff.

Süffiger, fein säuerlicher Antrunk. Leicht erhöhte Karbonisierung, milde Riesling-Noten, spritzig, rund. Vollmundig, konstante angeneme Säure, minimal herb. Langer vinöser Nachgeschmack, vinös. Gut! 10/11/12/11//11

0.75 l unlabelled bottle from the brewer. Slow gusher! Hazy, straw yellow, barely any head. Slightly sourish, gently fruity, quite vinous and minimally funky aroma of gooseberry, lemon peel and white wine. Slightly sweet, gently sour, rather fruity, gently vinous and a little funky taste of gooseberry, white wine and lemon peel, followed by a short, gently tarty, quite vinous, woody-dry and a bit funky finish. Thin to medium body, slightly astringent, spritzy and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Really well-balanced and complex hybrid between beer and wine and at the same time very refreshing and quaffable. Very good!
