Bottle. A- Citrus, slightly dank, caramel, bready, tropical fruits, guava, mango. A- Orange color, slightly hazy liquid, minimal head. T- Citrus, subtle pine, caramel, mango, mild bitterness. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly creamy finish. O- I expected a pretty blunt beer. Lots of bitterness and some pine and citrus. I was happily wrong. This was a quite creamy beer with nice amounts of tropical citrus. Surprisingly a very minimal head too. This is a pale ale I can get behind. Giddy Up.

Minnesota Trip Beer #103. 12 ounce bottle from North Loop liquors, 5/9/16. Hazy amber, large foamy white head, good retention. Aroma of oats, citrus and floral hops. Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and moderate hoppy - grapefruit. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 081016
