750ml golden orange. Smells good. A little green pepper. Floral, smoke, balsamic and pickle. Whoa. Tasty. Loads of flower, spice, elderflower, ginger, honey, tart. I think this is fantastic. Akin to a Hill Farmstead Anna with a lovely floral note.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy yellow with faint, white head. A lot of elderflower in both aroma and taste together with some tart green apple, grapes, hay, citrus. Slightly funky taste with floral notes and light wood. Quite light and elegant. Nice!

[1/30/16] Bottle sample at the Encomium bottle share, after RateBeer Best awards ceremony at Hyatt Vineyard Creek Hotel in Santa Rosa. Thanks everyone who shared bottles! Cloudy pale yellow. Lots of elderflower, some lacto. Tart, spicy.

Bottle at RBWG thanks to Victor. It pours a pale yellow color. Kind of hazy. The aroma is rather herbal with some sage notes. The flavor is nicely tart and fruity with more herbals. The herbal notes give this some depth of character. Good level of sourness. A nice one.

Bottle at RBWG. Thanks to my brother from another mother Viktor. Bright, cloudy yellow appearance with a white head. Spicy, dank hops, guavas grapefruit, light lactic, juicy aroma. Some dank bud, grapefruit, passion fruit, cheese, and juice. Very good.

cloudy yellow, smooth white head. super nice dry hopy refreshing sour aroma, clean and dry, rounded and velvety at the same time, no off’ish aromas. super impressive and quenching aroma. flavor is sour, dry hoppy, some herbal flowery notes probably from elerflowers distract quite a lot, but still a decent dry sour, citrussy and herbal notes op top of the sourness. Overall, though, a very very good sour.

Flaska från Beergium. Gyllengul ,lätt disig med högt vitt skum. Massor av fläder i doften och smaken. Frisk, syrlig, lite jästig med lätt stallighet, lite citrus och gröna äpplen jämte flädern. Riktigt gott och mycket uppfriskande.
