Bottle @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Small head with hardly any duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are lactose acid, peach, elderflower, fruits and malt. Nice sour finish.

Bottle @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Clear golden without head. Aroma is sweet, malty, elderflowers, fruity and barnyard. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 250517

0.75l bottle. This one pours a yellow strawish colored body, lots of small downloading particles and a really good looking bright white almost fluffy lacing head. Like the aroma. It's lemonic and floral. Really perfumed and refreshing to smell at. Green strawberries, the sour kind. Hints of white currants. It tastes quite nice also. A little bit thin perhaps, both in the taste and on the mouthfeel. It's high on the carbonation. Growing in the mouth. Thin lemons and citrus peel in the taste. It also tastes kinda floral. Lightdrinkable and I can imagine a really nice summer beer,but it works OK on a dark rainy winter evening also. 11.03.2017

75 cl-flaska delad på Beer-Ditch stora Brekerietprovning med bröderna Ek. Flaska från 2015. Smak och doft av fläder, citrusskal och gröna syrliga äpplen med toner av jäst och hö. Frisk, fruktig, klar med fin syrlighet och beska. Mycket gott!

Bottle shared at Ratebeer awards show. 30/01/2016. Huge thanks! Translucent yellow / straw coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is lovely bretty funk, brett c, pineapple, yogurt funk, straw. Flavour is composed of pithy tart lemon, lemon rind, funky brett, Dry tangy funk.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 6 Oct 2016) Hazy pale yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with citrus, lemon peel, hay and elderflower. Fruity, tart taste with notes of citrus, hay, stable, funky yeast, elderflower and a dry and tart finish. Medium body, dry. Tasty and refreshing, with a fresh tartness. Very nice.

Thank you! Bottle sampled @ Gollem. Very hazy paler citrus, little white head. Nose is lactic, big elderflowers, lovely, lots of them, faint lemon & green bellpepper. Taste is a bit yeasty sadly, way less elderflowers than in the nose, yeast is a bit too upfront, bread, wheat, almost touch sweet, sugar, faint lactic. Fizzy & yeasty body. Pretty nice beer, I love elderflowrs, definetly would have been even better with a bit less yeast & bit more elderflower taste. Still pretty good even if no Mamouche.
