Thank you Lisa & Mathieu87! 750 ml. bottle sampled @ “Epic beer Tasting 2016”. Very pale citrus apple golden with no head. Nose is dirty mineral funk, lightly urinal with soap, dirty cider, touch sulfur. Taste is mineral apple cider, dirty, lightly urinal, sarucraut, bit urinal, mineral,… Mineral & bit watery. Bit like a pruno-style cider (I imagine – no experience).

Very pale yellow colour, with a hue as from light white wine. Cidery, white wine, and absolutely "un-beery" nose. Medium sweet cider. Faint incense flavour backthroat. Light bodied, rather acidprickly than CO² carbonation. Unidimensional. Bis.

Bottle thanks to Brian. Pours a hazy yellow with small white head diminishing to nothing. The aroma is apple skin and pure sugar. Thin mouth, tart, straight up apple sauce, light funk, very good.
