Harrier’s Dive is a strong and majestic Imperial Stout brewed together with Horus Aged Ales. Aged in Wild Turkey Bourbon barrels, just waiting for the right time to come and dive at its prey. Indulge yourself with the deep flavors of dark and milk chocolate infused with caramel and vanilla notes from the barrels. Balanced with a slight roasty bitterness giving it the needed edge and a memorable experience.

Bottle from BiervanEijk, Frederiksoord. Aroma is soft Bourbon with roasted malt, some chocolate, oak, marzipan, vanilla, caramel, some alcohol, hint of coconut, syrup. Flavour is sweet and a bit boozy but not sharp at all, rather smooth actually. Body is full. The kind of barrel aging where flavours meet each other half-way and embrace.

Draught@TCBW2022. Black colour, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is liquorice, some alcohol, chocolate, mild bourbon, vanilla and dried fruity with some slight cinnamon tones as well. Flavour is toasted, some bourbon sweetness, mild wood, alcohol, liquorice and chocolate with some plummy and mild cinnamon tones as well.

Tap at TCBW. Opaque colour and small beige head. Toasted, bourbony, biscuity, alcoholic nose. Medium-bodied. Bourbon dominates, some biscuity notes. Sweet. Ok.

Brune foncée, col fin blanc-cassé.
Arôme est centré sur les malts avec une bonne grosse dose de chocolat en rétro-nasal, à cela s'ajoutent de belles effluves de Bourbon dont une petite douceur de vanille.
Palais est malté, un boozy qui ressort bien avec un excellent côté barrique - vanille, chaleur perce en fin de bouche, onctuosité du cacao, petite douceur de la vanille avec un effet léger de poudreux sec de cacao en fin de bouche. Complexe.

Bottle from Bierbazaar. Dark amber.brown colour, small layer of creamy foam. Nose of raisins, dried fruit, plums, candied fruit. Taste is fruity, nose of vanilla, caramel, sweet dried fruit. Soft carbonation. Nice.
