Bottle 330ml. @ [ (PBF XI) by oh6gdx - Petalax ]. [ As Perlenbacher Maltos Paradiso Zwickl ].[ Trade by Beerhunter111 ]. Light unclear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, marzipan malt, light to moderate hoppy, grass, light butterscotch. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, grain, sweet malt, marzipan malt, sugary. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160709] 4-3-5-3-8

0.33 l bottle from local LIDL as ’Perlenbacher Maltos Paradiso Zwickl’, best before March 2017. Hazy, brownish yellow with a thin, dense, almost stable, white head. Faint, sweetish, slightly grassy and minimally fruity aroma of hay, some vanilla and hints of pear. Sweetish, slightly fruity, a bit yeasty and minimally grassy taste of hay, pear, some citrus, vanilla, a touch of honey and slight hints of cardboard, followed by a short, slightly bitter, moderately grassy and a little yeasty finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Quite nice actually, even some fruity-grassy hops are detectable.

Had this as Perlenbacher Maltos Paradiso Zwickl. Thanks to my wife for bringing this home. Bottle looks very simple. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, malty, modest hoppy-dry, more and more metallically. Mild sourish background. Finish could be more balanced. Okay.

Thank you Benzai! 330 ml. bottle sampled @ ZZT 2016-1. Hazy orange, little whie. Nose is thick vegetable hop, oily, herbal. Taste is sweet vegetable apple, sugar, apple compote, sweet cabbage. Thin vegetable body. Poor lager with overly dominating vegetable notes.

Bottled@PBF XI (as Maltos Paradiso Zwickl). Golden colour, white head. Aroma is toffee, mild buttery and some slight floral notes. Flavour is toffee, some floral, wooden and mild salty and grassy notes.
