(330ml bottle from Systembolaget web order) Pours hazy gold with an average but lasting dense white head and lace. Aroma has mixed pit fruit and berry, lemon, hay, grain, wet earth funk, peppery. Flavour is quite grain-heavy with some light pale malt sweetness, orange, wet stone, hay, menthol-like herbal notes, very light funkiness, maybe a little cardboard in the finish. Light body with above average carbonation. Nothing to excite here, Brekeriet makes much more interesting farmhouse-type beers than this.

Flavor is light sweet, malt, yeasty, nice spicy brett, leather, pepper, earthy, little fruit. Medium body, average to lively carbonation, dry and light bitter finish. Easy drinkable. 170416

Small creamy mediumlasting head, slightly hazy. Aroma is dry floral, weeds, wet hay, sour grass, flowers, grain, minerals, yeast, horseblanket, hints of popcorn. Taste is dry mineraly, weeds, paper, minerals, burnt rubber, harsh grass, bark, flowers, yeast. Medium bitterness, harsh watery mouthfeel. Meh!

Bottle shared at the RBESG 2014, grand tasting 09/08/2014 Moncada Brewery. Aromisa is brett funk, pineapple, slightly musty. Clouded yellow / straw coloured pour. Little raspberry on the nose as well. Flavour is composed of, crisp tart wheat, berry raspberry and melllow funk. Palate is uber dry, high carbonation and some carbonic acid in the finihs. I like this.
