Shared 33cl bottle. Pours a clear straw color with a white head. Aroma is fruity and funky. Taste is fruit, funk, and a prominent vegetal note which is rather unpleasant. Would not purchase again.

33 cl bottle from Systembolaget poured in to a Tulip. Slightly hazy, golden colour with a thin, white head. Tart, fruity aroma with citrus fruits, bretts, sour fruits, grasses and bread. Taste is bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes dry and tart fruity with bretts and barnyard. Nice Saison.

Bottle @ ZZT 2016-1. Aroma of soft yeast, malt and grassy nettle. Weird unpleasent taste of nettle, strange herbs, dusty cardboard and malt. I usually like Brekeriet, but this was a big letdown. Yech.

Bottle @ ZZT 2016-1, small sample. Thanks all for sharing! Hazy yellow color, medium frothy head. Aroma has some citrus, but is mostly cardboard and a bit of urinal cake. Horrible cardboard in taste. Bad all over the place.

330 ml. bottle sampled @ Sneaky Pre-ZZT 2016-1. Bottled JAN2016. Very milky citrus, little white bubbles. Nose is okay-ish, lactic sour, funky apple cider & juice from canned pineapple. Taste is ugly brett, yeast here is dirty mud & cardboard, very nasty, yeast is just hideous, extremely dirty brett, low butter,… Body is dirty, mud, cardboard,… Really lingers, that taste, whatever happed here with the yeast, neither me nor anyone else at the tasting found enjoyable.

Bottle 330ml @ Geokkjer
Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeast, orange, tropical fruits and citrus. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with a long yeasty, malty, orange and tropical fruity finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

330 ml bottle. Unclear yellow/orange with a big, creamy, lacing white head. Aroma is funky with lemon and citric fruit. Flavor is sweet with citric fruit, mild acidity and pleasant funk. Medium body and nice aftertaste. Nothing revolutionary really, but a well-made tasty and pleasant mild funky beer.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy opaque yellow with a roughish, white head. Perfumy, coriandery nose - but apparently none added. Medium body, yeasty, very fruity, citrusy, some phenollic off-flavours but not too bad with a bitter finish. Has a slight tartness but nothing too overpowering. 200616

Bottle at ome. Hazy straw with creamy white head made out of super tiny bubbles. Dough, light lemon, canned pineapple, some passion fruit. There’s a light bitterness from yeast and fruit skins. Light doughy sweetness. Medium bodied with creamy feel and full soft mouthcoating carbonation. Lots of wheat character here and less ’wild’ notes than I expected.
