Bottle from a local bottle shop. Aroma is wheaty with softly spicy yeast, coriander, some citrus. Flavour is moderate sweet and slightly bitter. Light to medium body. Pretty dull, even for a Witbier.

33cl bottle at Maccanone 704, Cesena, Italy. Pours golden, fairly transparent, with no foam. Aroma is citrus, coriander. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is well balanced between moderate sweetness and a bit of bitterness. Final is average.

ABV: 5.0%. ✅ Murky matt medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, fruity, stone fruity, light yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, wheat, fruity yeast - yeast, stone fruit, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210605]

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, perfume, citrus, hops and has a sweet malty finish.

Bottle @Last Højbjerg Tasting in Højbjerg. Nearly clear golden, tiny head. Wheaty aroma, some coriander and orange. Sweetish weat and orange flavour, some sourish orange in the finish.

Endelig, etter en surrealistisk koronatørke er vi igjen samlet på Mi2, og etter seks fatøl i kategorien meget gode til helt sublime er vi nå kommet til kveldens første flaskeøl og kveldens første (og retrospektivt eneste) nedtur. 0,33 flaske. Lett uklar lys gylden med kort skum. Søte appelsiner, banan, tygis og litt krydder. Enkel drikke som raskt havnet i glemselsarkivet.

Shared bottle 25.05.20 at the first Mi2 at Cardinal after the corona closure. Cloudy pale straw colour. Small and diminishing white head. Aroma of perry, wheat, bananaz and sweet pale malt. Fruity and too sweet taste of sweet pale malt, wheat and coriander.

330 ml bottle, as Birra Flea Bianca Lancia Blanche, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 5.0%. Hazy straw colour, moderate to small white head. Wheaty aroma of yeast, cloves, banana, coriander seeds and orange peel. Sweet flavour (too sweet for the style), with the same elements as the aroma.
