From tap at BRUS, Copenhagen. Aroma is sour grapes, strong white wine, fruits, oaky notes, a touch of funk, lemon, some vinegar. Flavour is nicely sour, has a dry finish. Body is medium. Good BA Sour, though white wine is not my favourite, the barrel flavours work well with the base Sour.

Bottled. Orangeish amber colour with a mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is white wine, some tart grapefruit, mild wood and also some green apple skins with mild alcohol sweetness. Flavour is pretty much following the pattern of the aroma, and has a nice fruity white wine like kick in the finish.

On tap at Mikkeller Bar Stockholm. A bit dark golden with a minimal head. Quite tart and medium sweet with fruit, malt, some caramel and some funk. The body was medium and the finish fairly tart.
