375 ml. bottle shared & sampled with Kraddel @ “The RARE Tasting”. Bottle says 1 % white grapes, that is just cheap bro! Hazy golden little white head. Nose is very strong acidity, glue, white grape vinegar, chemical acidity. Very acidic taste, glue, finger paint, chemical acidity, very straightforward, lemon sourness, white grape vinegar,.. Little in the way of complexity, harsh almost industrial sourness. Okay but not really what a sour beer can be, a shame at this price.

Thnx to ships. Pours rather clear blonde. Small white head. Smell is mild sour, but not intense at all. Taste is rather sour ( lactic) mild notes of grapes, white wine barerels. Wine character builds up towards thae aftertaste. Very nice, malty-sour aftertaste

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Golden with a thin but attractive head. Cider vinegar grapes, peaches maybe on the nose. Similar on the taste. The palate is terrific - long and lean, deep in flavour but lean and tight in texture. Tasty sour.
