Bouteille 33cl @ Beerstomring. Dorée, col blanc. Arôme est fin fruité, laissant de très belles effluves indicatives de Sorachi; fruité et agrumes. Palais est malté, pils, Sorachi est abondant sans être trop present, dommage de ne pas avoir renouvelé la série single hop black IPA. Fini sec, côté lychee, citronné et finemetn acerbe.

Draft sample @ Beerstorming. Super hazy going to murky apricot peach, off-white creamy bubbles head. Nose is delicious Sorachi Ace cheese hops with a dash of mango & apricot hop. Taste is milky blue cheese hops upfront, pleasant Sorachi ace, good cheese leading into a more milky base, milky yeast, creamy body. Low biscuit. Basic milky yeast beer with great Sorachi Ace profile, great if you like Sorachi Ace. Perhaps Beerstorming should try a few more basic hoppy brew, one of the best brews I have had from them so far.
