Fine clear ruby colour. Sweet apples, and a delicate exotic fruitaroma.. Sweet, too sweet, jamflavour, applejuice from overripe apples. Very slick, sticky to viscous. Not a patch to the Quebec cidres de glace.

375 ml. bottle split with Kraddel. Surprisingly dark, almost looks like brandy a bit, dark honey brandy amber coloured. Nose is huge basic very sweet & sticky caramel and honey, sugar, caramelized apple & toffee, more honey forward than anything else followed by sweet caramel. Taste is very sweet, caramel & big honey, brown sugar, biscuit, faint suggestion of Pineau des Charentes, toffee, butterscotch, candy and caramelized apple. Body could have been a bit thicker, comes close to failing to support the sweetness, light touch syrupy. Very simple but still very satisfactory, not really sure if coughing up the price for this one was worth it. Otherwise fun even if very basic & simple but still loveable taste.

Thnx to Ships: Pours Dark orange . Smell is thick, apple, sweet. Taste is very sweet. Mild alcohol burn boozyness. Not as complex and deep as most other ice ciders, but def. worth drinking ! I would love it to be less boozy, to finally have an option other than having to trade for expensive ice ciders. this is the step belgium needs to finally have Ice cider, but hopefully, there will be more in the future
