Sampled bottle @ Tilburgs Bierfestival 2016. Hazy amber, orange, amber, little head. Nose is mellow apricot, nectar, some honey, little DE yeast. Taste & body are overly fizzy, thin, medicinal band aid, hop, too medicinal, overly fizzy,.. I liked the Mosaic one a lot more ,that one was cask & think that worked to its advantage, that one had big fruit qualities. This one is overly fizzy with medicinal hops. It is entirely bad, partially decent, I just liked the other one a lot more.

Bottle from het Biermoment, #0356 dated 09-2015 BB 08-2016, large sample. Hazy orange to amber color, huge frothy head. Aroma is spicy, wheat, clove, banana, citrus, bit flowery. Medium bitterness in taste, spicy, grainy wheat, caramel sweetness. Another very decent strong hopfenweizenbock. I wouldnt mind if they were 5% instead of 8%, so they become more sessionable. Very tasty again. Works very well with chicken curry indeed. Bonus points for the lovel food pairing suggestion.
