post Borefts train to Amsterdam. Very hazy amber beer, good cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry, good minerally carbonation. A little creamy sweetness. Banana esters. Modest dried fruits. Airy finish. Not bad but not sure what the point of the single hop is.

Bottle at home. Murky orange light brown with off white head. Orange, grapefruit, banana, mango, quite some caramel, light yeast and brown bread. Under medium sweet with a lingering bitter finish, almost like rucola. Medium bodied with creamy wheat feel. Quite nice, way better than the Simcoe one I had yesterday

Bottle @ home. Opaque murky orange color, medium to full sized lightly creamy off-white head that lasts for a long time. Smell and taste wheat, quite bitter, blossom, slightly sweetish hops. Medium body, firm carbonation. Nice one though!
