On tap at Carburant, pours a dirty dark brown, no head. Aroma is vinegary, with some tartness, toasted malt, and leather. Flavour is awful, with tons of balsamic vinegar, not much stout character other than booze. Amazes me that this has been brewed multiple times. Not good at all.

33cl bottle with 15%. A very dark brown beer with a beige lacing. Aroma of raspberries and tart lactic fruits. Taste of chocolate, sour fruits, coffee, red berries, vineous finish.

From tap. Pours pitch black, small brown head. Aroma is roasted dark malty. Mild sourish. Dense malty and roasted. Sweet and slught sourish. Roasted dark malty, slight tarish. Bitter and dark malty finish.

Drucken på fat på Malmö Brewings franska ölfestival. Smak och doft av kaffe, choklad, rostade toner, espresso med toner av körsbär. Fruktig, stor lagom sötma, komplex, bra balans, mörkt och smarrigt. Fin syrlighet. Mycket gott!

Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, tart, fruity, dark malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, dark malt, roasted, tart, fruity. Drucken på fat på Malmö Brewings franska ölfestival. En stor kraftfull men inte särskilt kärv eller besk IS med mycket choklad, kaffe, en hel del fruktighet med en snäll lite uppfriskande syrlighet. Syrlig och fruktig espresso och mörka torkade körsbär med kärnor kompletterar den mörka rostade malten riktigt bra. Mums

Draught sample. Pitch black with a thin, tanned head. Roasted aroma with dark malts, lactic notes, caramel, chocolate, coffee. Taste is bitter-roasted. Finishes dry with a roasted and lactic notes. Interesting mixture of styles.
