Draught from ginger Manhattan. Pours dark. Intensely sour more so than even most sour beers. Not a favorite.

It is a good beer, with nice aroma of caramel, some spices, malt, few hop, there is a small side of coffee, better than a boxer brunette. 12.11.2016, tasting it at Lausanne, Prélaz, buying it probably at one coop supermarket.

On tap. Pours a dark mahogany with light head. Aromas of spice, doughy malts, a bit of Belgian yeast, and copper. Flavors follow same with emojis on malts and spice.
Magus, linnaseline, nats hapukas, suhkrune, karamelline, lõhnas veits bretti. Ok.

0.33l bottle thanks to Lore. Murky orangish brown head with basically no head. Sour cherry comes first in the aroma with some cocoa, nutmeg and bay leaves. Even some burnt sugar and pepper are there. Taste is similar to the aroma with notes of dark sugar syrup, cocoa, nutmeg, toast, sour cherry, orange zest and floral hops. Medium body with low carbonation. Nice one.

Tap at Gar Eden. Aroma is interesting, light spice, malty, caramel, fruit. Taste is slightly sour and funky, bit burnt, spicy again, cinnamon, dark chocolate hints, black treacle. Interesting.

F: medium, tan, very quick gone. C: dark brown, bit hazy. A: malty, spicy, coriander, caramel, fruity. T: malty, spicy, coriander, caramel, bit warming alcohol, bit brown sugar, medium to full body, medium carbonation, 3rd BFM beer in a row and still the same spicy base nothing very special for 4,8 CHF that I would like to buy again, 33cl bottle from Coop Supermarché in Genève Servette.
