Bottle split at Bespin, thanks to LKS, 21/03/16. Very lightly hated golden blonde with a decent off White covering. Nose is orange wine gums, peach, straw, light funk, tropics. Taste comprises, juicy citrics, pineapple, Mandarin, straw, light yeast. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid juicy wit.

Bottle shared in London - picked up at the brewery. Pours totally clear yellow-gold, lightly effervescent, with a creamy, white head. Nice aroma, certainly some brett although I wish it was stronger, also some wheat, ripe lemon. Light to medium sweet flavor with pleasant lemony citrus, lemon meringue, wheat bread, restrained brett funk, straw. Light bodied with lively carbonation and massaging texture. Nicely balanced on the finish, with loghtly tangy lemon, bready wheat, mellow brett, some white bread, hay. Good stuff overall. If it was just a little drier and funkier then it would be really great.

Small slightly bubbly mediumlasting head, hazy. Aroma is slightly sour-ish floral, yeast, hay, flowers, citrus peel, minerals, grain, grass, wood, tiny hints of sulfur and popcorn. Taste is slightly sour-ish dry, weeds, flowers, hay, yeast, citrus peel, grass, minerals, wood, bark, lemon. Medium bitterness, slightly dry and harsh mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Sampled 750 ml. bottle @ โVini Birre Ribelli 2015โ. Hazy golden, little white head. Nose is raw funk, spoiled, hay, weirdly mineral. Taste is spoiled lactic funk, rotting lemon, spices, hay, rotting barn,โฆ The farmhouse qualities are way too weird for me,โฆ Just tastes spoiled, off for me. Nope.
