Bottled. Deep rubyish brown colour with a mediumsized foamy off-white head. Aroma is rye, some berries, caramel and mild grainy tones. Flavour is rye, some caramel, mild fruity and grainy tones with some slight herbal tones too. Mild alcohol to it.

33cl bottle from Uba ja Humal, Tallinn. Pours clear dark mahogany with a medium off-white to beige head. Malty, mild fruity and rather caramelly aroma with notes of rye, citrus and herbs. Moderate to medium sweet, medium flavour intensity and a pleasant bitterness. Balanced and tasty brew.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - batch 1 - BB 13.10.16, from Uba & Humal, 20160813) The beer poured dark brown and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had malts, rye bread and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were rye bread, mild sourness, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste had malts, berries and bitterness. Aftertaste bit disappointing brew. I was expecting fresher taste.

Sampled 330 ml. bottle @ Tilburgs Bierfestival 2016. Interesting label. dark red amber, little tanned head. Nose is oily pine, sugar with burned rye, caramel, herbal, low cough syrup. Taste is sweet, bit bland with old leaves, herbal, cough syrup, soap, sugar, banana & candy. Body is a tad bland, iron, soap. Okay a bit too bland, bit too tame to really shine, touch too big sweetness, soap, burned notes etc.

330 ml botle at home thanks to VamboladeTolly! Clear dark copper to brown color with beige head. Hoppy and malty aroma, pine, spicy, herbal, grassy. Sweet and bitter like aroma with more malty notes, caramel, bread, light fruity. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.
