Bottle from Appellation Wines Comely Bank. Pours clear pale gold with no head. Aromas of ripe pear and a faint floral note. Taste is dry, more pear and light sweet fruit. Dry, tangy finish. Nice.

ABV: 7.5%. Clear light yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy pear, tart pear, sweet pear, horse blanket, barnyard. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, pear, tart, sweet pear, farmyard, aceton notes, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. Refrigerated 0.5 L brown bottle poured into a glass. Clear pale yellow, medium body, medium carbonation, and no lacing. Taste is sweet to semi-sweat rich pear and a little floral. Nice perry.

500 ml. bottle shared by Travlr @ In De Wildeman during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016! Thank you sir! Very pale golden, few thin streams of bubbles rising & no head. Nose is mellow sweetish pear, low sweet pear, sweet but not heavily so. Taste is low mineral, touch sulfur-like note, basic sweet pear, not very expressive. Low fine carbonation, sweet but not extremely so. About okay.

Sampled from bottle at ’In de Wildeman’ during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016. Clear, pale straw yellow. Sourish-fruity aroma of pear, some apples and a touch of gooseberry. Sweetish, slightly sourish, fruity taste of pear, apple and white grapes, followed by a short, slightly tart and dry finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent and quite astringent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!
