500ml bottle. Clear gold, brief head, quite fizzy. Aroma is light funky pears, wood and alcohol. Taste is semi-sweet, tart pear, dry fruity and wood noted finish. Medium bodied and a lighter more gentle fizz on the palate than expected, which was nice. Good.

Bottle from Cork & Cask. Pale golden body with a light haze and no head. Lively carbonation. Aroma of vinegar and lemon. Flavour of lemon and a hint of nail varnish. Thin body with a watery texture. Light fizz. Boozy and sharp. I love their organic cider but I didn’t like this.

Pours a bit hazed blonde. Scent is strong, sharp, mild acetic acid, dry, mild fruity perception. Taste is strong, high in acids , relatively strong to the acetic side. Pears shine trough mildly, making this a very thirst-quenchening Perry that's mostly reccomended for Geuze-style appreciators. A Perry that offers possibilities both in foodpairing, or in a qualitative drinks menu.

Bottle. Pale blonde. Peararoma with citrus and soft floral notes. Pear in the flavor with soft yeasty notes, tannines, citrus. Not too sweet.

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Clear light yellow, small ring of bobbles. Sweet pear and barnyard aroma. Sweet funky pear flavour. Has a good balance, sweetness well controlled by funk. Ends quite dry. Very good.

Can, 7.5%. Clear pale yellow with tiny head. Aroma is apples, pear, fruit peel and funk. Flavour is apples, pear, fruit peel, funk, medium sweet, citric and a little dry.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet pears, apples, little citrus and has a sweet finish.

330ml bottle (from siidrimaja). Pours yellow. Aroma is sweet, sour, pears. Flavor is sweet, pears, dryness, some funk, some sourness, medicinal notes. Overall: ok.
