250 ml. draft @ Chez Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Deep hazy orange, solid white head. Nose is puckering sour, vinegar, sour grapes, hugely sour. Taste is big puckering vinegar, acidic young green grapes, dry wood, puckering sour peach, green grape skins, oak, more lemon, very sour lemon. Puckering acidic body. Very simple & strongly sour, a bit too much so but rather nice still.

Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sour-ish dry, citrus peel, weeds, hay, citrus, sorrel, minerals, bark, berry skin, unripe berries, mild vinegar. Taste is sour-ish dry, weeds, oak, sour grass, berry skin, minerals, mild vinegar, bark, unripe berries. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Nice.

Draught@HBF2015. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some mild wooden and resiny notes along with mild yeast. Flavour is citrus, some yeast, mild spices, wood, resin as well as some nice earthy and toffeeish notes.

(Keg at HBF2015) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had sourness, tartness, grapefruit and mildly vomit. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sourness, fruitiness, grapefruit, wood, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity, sour and bitter. A very nice lambic-bordering brew.

Pours yellowish orange with a smooth head. Aroma of sour berries, some tart juicy fruitiness, farmyard, spices and yeasty notes. Taste is smooth, sourish and tart with loads of fruits, some oak, berries, spices and funky yeastiness. Finish is smooth, oaky and tartish with some sourness and funky yeastiness. Interesting, reminds me of some Russian River sours. Fruity, oaky and sour. Nice.

Tap @ HBF15. Amber colored, thin white head. Lovely, sour, fruity, mild funky aroma. Flavor has funk, tartness, white wine, barnyard. I could drink 1litre of this right away. Awesome stuff.

On tap at Saint Bon Chien Days, uploading now. Citrus and spices, like the base beer, but with added chewing gum flavour and well, also reminds you of a cheap Moscato wine. Didn’t like this one that much. Too much chewing gum.
