Tap @ Chez Moeder Lambic. Golden color, cloudy. Canned peach and muscat grapes in the aroma and flavor. Vanilla. A gentle grape-like sourness. Delicious!

Draught @ Biercab, Barcelona. Pours slightly hazy golden with an offwhite head. Aroma of light sourness, light malt, yeast, brett, wood, light tart fruit, grapes, little leather. Flavor is light sour, light sweet, little malt, bretty, green grapes, leather, green apples, little alcohol. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and light sour finish. 270416

Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus, grapes, pineapple, mango and hint of tartness. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with a long slightly dry, sour, grapes and mango finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

(On cask @ Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Nov 17 2015) Pours extremely hazy dark gold with a huge lingering head of dense white froth and lace. Aroma is sweet/tart with light yeasty funk overtones. White grape, nectarine, lemon peel. On the palate, lightly acidic and vinous with lots of Muscat grape, underripe nectarine and yellow plum, light lemon, finish of grape seeds, floral bitterness, crackers, yeasty dustiness. Light to medium body, creamy cask with no carb. Maybe doesn’t have the punch in the finish that I was hoping for, but everything else was lovely. Nice surprise, a great saison.

Cask @ ML Fontainas. Orangée, col crémeux blanc-cassé. Arôme au bouquet citrique et résineux, fine aigreur avec un rétro de grains et un petit côté d’abricot. Palais est fleuri rappelant une certaine levure belge mais dont le tout verse un peu dans l’aigrelet modéré. Reste sec, plaisant avec une impression de poussiéreux au fini légèrement poivré.

Keg at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, 20/11/15. Hazed orange golden with a well appointed off white covering that retains well. Nose is restrained funk, grape must, lemon rind, yeast esters, pissy knickers. Taste comprises tarte citrics, white wine tones, lemon drizzle, funk, balsa wood, pissy citrics. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light rising acidity, funky citric close. Solid tarte saison.

On tap @ What’s Brewing 15. Pours hazy orange, with a small creamy head. Aroma is tart fruity yeast, with grapes, fruit peel and bretty wooden notes Full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity yeast with grapes and lemons, as well as bretty wood.
