BB 09/2020, Lot 522-180918;Malt forward aroma as you expect from an amber style beer, caramel sweetness, toasted bread, association at roasted malts(coffee beans), herbal & earthy hop presence, hints of bread dough, candied orange, no alcohol on the nose

Bottle from FinestBelgianBeers. Pours a slightly hazy chestnut brown colour with a medium to large creamy beige head. Nice lacing. Aromas of caramel, nuts, herbs, toasty bread and light citrus notes. Taste has more of the same notes as the aroma. Fairly light bodied with a slightly oily mouthfeel. Caramel, nuts and herbs at first leads to a toasty and slightly citrus finish. Very nice and unique beer. Will definitely be having this again.

On tap at Delirium Taphouse Brussels. Dark orange, almost brown with a small white head. Aroma is full of orange, slight lemon sharpness and a bit malty. Taste is very crisp, orange sherbert punch and then a bitter tingly finish. Quite fizzy in the mouth. Medium to full bodied and dangerously drinkable. Delicious.

Bottle. Color: Reddish ruby, off-whote head. Aroma: Malt, herbal, hints of red fruit. Taste: Malty, medium sweet, nice herbal notes, notes of red fruit and bread and hints of caramel. Decent bitterness and some light boozy hints coming in towards the finish. Medium body, below average carbonation. Easy drinkable. Nice one.
