Our Golden Gate Gose is a special draft-only beer inspired by the classic wheat beer hailing from Leipzig, Germany. Traditionally brewed with salt and coriander, our tart California-inspired version is brewed with San Francisco Bay sea salt, lemon verbena and coriander grown especially for us by Dirty Girl Produce in Santa Cruz, California. Fermented with our house saison yeast, this delicate and tart beer is a perfect summer refresher. Pair with fresh seafood and sunshine.

Bomber from Whole Foods Plymouth Meeting. Hazy copper, thin foamy off-white head, decent retention. Aroma of wheat, salt, floral notes, coriander. The taste is lemon, spice, salt, wheat. Thin bodied, low carbonation, bright. refreshing.

22oz shared by Ryan. Sour wheat lemon tones. A touch of underlying off tones, but still nice and tasty. Solid offering overall.

Towering, if not very stable, dense & fine yellowish head over very carbonated clear golden beer. Outspoken spiced & herbal nose, fresh malt and old cloth. Again spices, malt and lemon (verbena), lactic acid. Don’t get the mineral/salt touch - hence very refreshing. Light body. A nice twist on teh Gose; maybe due to the verbena, more akin to Berliner Weisse, IMO.

Draft at beertemple. Golden pour. Aroma of salt and fruit. Fresh taste of citrus, tart, grapefruit and a nice salty finish. Nice.

Refrigerated brown bomber from misterburd poured into a glass. Slightly hazy light orange with small white head. Aroma is malty, medium/light body, light carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is malty, light orange, and a hint of salt.

Bottle: golden pour with a finger of white head that fades away. Light scent of brine, some hints of tart. There are some tart notes in the taste, a little bit of earthiness, but it finished crisp and a little salty. Refreshing.

Bottle from Brewdog AGM 2015. Pours hazy gold with a thin white head. Aromas of bread, yeast, salt, orange. Taste is light sweet, light sour, light orange. Not much coriander action.
