Our Golden Gate Gose is a special draft-only beer inspired by the classic wheat beer hailing from Leipzig, Germany. Traditionally brewed with salt and coriander, our tart California-inspired version is brewed with San Francisco Bay sea salt, lemon verbena and coriander grown especially for us by Dirty Girl Produce in Santa Cruz, California. Fermented with our house saison yeast, this delicate and tart beer is a perfect summer refresher. Pair with fresh seafood and sunshine.

On tap at Watering Hole. Hazy pale golden color with a nice pillowy white head that hangs on throughout. Nice tart wheat aroma with some coriander on the nose along with some yeast. Fairly tart although not aggressively so on the palate. Feels pretty true to the style and not overdone. Lemon and lime present with the coriander coming on a little stronger at the finish. Just a little bit of salt noticeable. Very solid gose.

On Tap slightly hazy deep gloden pale amber, nice frothy white head. Persistent sheets of lacing. very light pale malt aroma fairly tart. Cidery. Flavors is quite mild for the style. Slightly tartness. Pleasant, was just hoping for more aggressive characteristics of the style

Bomber. Aroma is dough, wheat, lacto, floral, faint bubblegum. Pours clear golden with a thick white head with great retention; leaves a little lace. Taste is tart (ranges from 7-8/10 on a sour scale), wheaty, lemon, light salt noticeable in the finish. Somewhat sudsy mouthfeel, light body. Simple, clean, crisp, refreshing. I could drink this all day long. Put it in cans!

On tap at bier thirty. Pours out a nice golden topped with a white head. Nose is lots of barnyard straw salty and some yeast. Taste is a nice little tartness more of the barnyard and a nice salty end.
