At a tasting, thanks, small stable bubbly fluffy head, a little hazy anda\ intense yellow color, light herbal and tea aroma with some biscuit, lemon tartness with some minerals and herbs. Nice, but nothing too exciting.

650ml bottle. Pours clear mid golden with a loose wite head. Aroma: citric, lemon, lime, floral, herbal, saison yeast hints. Taste: light sweet, light tart, citrus, wheat, hay, whisper of salinity. Light to medium body, light carb, light dry fruity finish. Not the best example of the style imvho

650ml bottle. Pours quite dark amber without much head. Lemon, floral, herbal, salty, little tart to finish. Little sweaty in the aroma, but otherwise pretty nice.

On tap @ Rattle N Hum. This is a crystal clear looking golden one with a nice big white lasting and lacing head. Smells really inviting and fresh lemonic. Fruity citrus fruits, some green apple and a little sourness. Yeah, an inviting and pleasant aroma. Tastes decent also also. It's thin oily in the mouth and it's below average on the carbonation. Lemonade sour at times, a little wood tart also. Old pickled lemons with traces of grass and sour peaches. Easy to drink in the heat but not too much more than that. 21.06.2015

Clear golden and very light copper coloured body with a very fast-dying off-white head, like soda. Aroma of fresh apples, grapes, a bit of citrus, some sea water and a touch of alcohol noticeable as well. Light-bodied; Strong malty flavour at first with apples, pears, cider, yeast and a bit of grass around, showing some salt, a little sour note, but not much else - very mild and subdued throughout. Aftertaste is almost like cider with a thin, but effervescent body with some sourness, a touch of grain and alcohol and fruit - with a smidgen of sourness. Overall, a decent gose at best - not one of the better ones and not really worth trying, especially at the high price tag, that is, even if you can find it! I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from New Beer Distributors in New York, New York on 14-June-2015 for US$8,99 sampled at home in Washington a year and a half later on 23-December-2016.
