Tap, my 500th US beer. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is sea-salty besides that rather clean, a bit lemony maybe. Taste is sea salt, lemony, some coriander. Medium carbonation. Very refreshing. Fun Gose, I like the sea aroma in this one.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow with large frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is strong sea salt, floral, yeast. Medium body, strong salt, yeast, wheat, light crisp finish, good.

Draught at Atwoods Tavern, 6/16/16.
Soft, minimally hazy, straw-golden body is topped by a small amount of white head that fades rather quickly to a ring.
Musty cellar notes, with very deep lactic hints mix with quite an abundance of spicing, most prominently coriander. Grainy, somewhat, with a good dose of salinity and a lot of grassiness. Light lemon oil-like notes on the finish with no alcohol or flaw.
Moderate carbonation is a bit fizzy, and the beer is very given to the spicing. Heavy coriander flavor adding spice and tons of grassiness, which creates some astringency, especially in the face of the sparse, somewhat grainy/husky malts. Very dry with salt and lactic acid notable. Needs a much better malt structure and less spice.

Nice very mild sourness, very clean, low carbonation. Easy drinking intro to sours. Not quite at the sourness level id like. BevMo SF.
