De geroosterde mout is verantwoordelijk voor de typische kleur.
Dit superieure speciaalbier heeft een alcoholpercentage van 8% en is uitstekend te combineren met bijvoorbeeld een lekker stukje kaas.

Thank you for sharing people! Sampled 750 ml. bottle @ “Gouda Winterbier Festival 2016”. Dark red amber, tanned bubbles. Nose is spoiled red fruits, varnish, sugar, candy. Taste is fizzy, nasty varnish, herb, dull plastic,… Fizzy, thin,… Not a fan, weak, heavy spoiled fruit notes etc.

From bottle at Winterbierfestival Gouda 2016. Hazy, dark brown with a thin, frothy, tan layer. Sweetish-malty, yeasty-spicy aroma of banana, cloves and nuts. Sweetish-malty, yeasty-spicy taste of banana, cloves, nuts and some chocolate, followed by a short, slightly bitter, yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, effervescent mouthfeel, flat. Nice!
