Shared from bottle Maakun’s. Clear golden with short lived head. Sweet pear peels, mossy and treebark moldy, wet earthy funk, almond nuttiness. Moderate sweet and bitter. Bottle shared. Clear pale straw with fizzy head that just lasts a few seconds. Pear, light buttery dough, soft moss and mold, dry old wood, dusty lemon, light almonds. Medium sweet, very light bitter and tart. About medium bodied, soft carbonation and just medium dry. It’s fairly decent though a bit weird almond/butter pie.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Angelón Sidra Pera ].Clear light to medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate pear - apple, pear skin, peel, sugary. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, pear - apple, pear skin, sweet pear - apple. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150927]

330 ml. bottle sampled. Shared cost & bottle @ BAF 2015. Cheers. Pale golden. Nose is hugely sweet, crazy sweet, sugary sweet candy pear, huge candy, overly sweet, faint star anise. Taste is way too sweet, hugely sugary, big candy, sweet pear candy. Body is pure sugar. Way, way too sweet for me.

[9/27/15] Bottle sample at Borefts After Festival 2015 in Rotterdam. Thanks everyone who shared bottles! Pale golden. Aroma of pears, apples, and a bit of Sulphur. Flavor is quite dry, slightly sweetish, with pears and apples, and a tart hint.
