When we expanded our brewery in 2013, the stress was something, to say the least. I ran out of creative juice for a minute so I decided to have another one for inspiration.
Flavor Profile: Aromas of pineapple, mango, and guava with notes of orange, grapefruit, and melon. Undertones of earthy, woody pine, and faint onion and garlic.
Hops: Cascade, Citra, Simcoe
Malt: American 2-Row, Red Wheat, Carapils

500ml bottle thanks to weihenweizen pours out a golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice floral tropical fruit hops some light cereal malts. Taste is more of the nice light floral fruit hops some soap and a light malt. Very nice

Very light and bitter IPA, hop-forward and dry, with lime and grapefruit on the front followed by layers of pine and dank. Slight grassy sweetness and mild cracker notes provide a base, but the malts are faint, mainly there to provide a modicum of balance to the hop-heavy brew. Finishes with a manageable but lingering bitterness, with hints of white bread and lemon on the fade. Lovely Citra-Simcoe nose, and the pour comes out a beautiful straw gold with an everlasting white head and good lacing. Quality pint.

Bottle. A- Citrus, tangerine, grapefruit. A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Citrus, pine, bitter, juicy. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Not as juicy as Dinner and not as bitter as Lunch, but it's more than just Another One. Pretty tasty and nicely balanced.
