Bottle. Slightly hazy amber color, off white head. Aroma has toffee, caramel, dried fruit, subtle earth. Taste is lightly vinous, dark fruit, burnt caramel. Complex and tasty.

02-11-16 // sample from tap at Nuetnigenough, Brussels. Clear brwon colour. Intense barley wine. Quite alcoholic. I liked it.

Bottle at Moeder Lambic. Aroma has malt and some salmiak. Taste is quite malty, with lots of thick sweet salmiak licorice an a little grain. Don’t like this at all.

Capped 750 from S.P.R.L. Beer Store on Midi in Brussels. Pours orange amber with a substantial beige head. Aroma of fruit and brown sugar. Near full bodied. It’s sharply hopped and seems a bit oxidized. Bron sugar and darkish fruit. Earthy notes. Very like some Fullers Vintage Old Ale.

Sampled at Zythos 2016. Thnx for sharing, everyone ! Pours dark , caramelly. Smell is a bit sweet. Taste is sharp, sweet, sugary. Boozy. OK

Bottled@HBF2016. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruity, some sweet malts and mild alcohol as well. Flavour is tropical fruits, some floral notes, mild ripe fruits as well as some wooden notes.

75 cl bottle. Pours hazy dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted and light fruity., dry. Bitter, fruity and dark malty. Bitter and roasted, dry. Toasted dark malty finish.

Bottle. Amber color with beige head. Aroma is cat piss hops, bready (Schwarzbrot), some roasted malts. Taste is surprisingly "dark bready" for a Belgian. Medium carbonation. Not bad.
