Bottle at Murphy’s Law, Den Haag. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of funk, woody notes and red apples. Flavour is moderate sweet with light to moderate bitterness and sourness. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle at Murphy’s Law. Fun find in the bottle list, kudo’s to the bar! Hazy golden with no real head. Sweet applejuice, grassy and light nutty almond shells. Quite sweet and moderate bitter, light tart edge. Medium body and low carbonation.

25 cl flesje, met dank aan @MaartenRF10. aroma van appeltjes, licht fruit zuur, fris, zoetig, lichte hop. schenkt ondoorzichtig bleek geel zonder noemenswaardige kraag. smaken zijn zwak zoet, matig zuur, veel appels, citroen, groene appels, fris, cider met brett ?.... barnyard, geen co2, droog en de hop komt zeker wel goed door. medium body, wat waterig/dun van textuur.

250 ml. bottle. BBF 30-01-2016. Pale lightly hazy golden, small white bubbles largely only on the sides. Nose is intensely dank pear juice with mango, light sweetish apple. Nose is great, taste is less successful for me. Taste is tart, oddly puckering rotting fruit apple, rotting lemon peel, spoiled lactic mango, barnyard, cat piss, barnyard,… Juicy, soft carbonation. A bit too much for me in all kinds of odd aspects but interesting all the same. Sadly still a bit too much to fully enjoy.

Clear golden colour, dissipating white head. Hoppy aroma, resin, light apple. Light bitter flavour, apple, pear, hops, light yeast, resin. Bitter finish, bitter apple, light funky note, spicy hop. Nice!

Bottle at home. Hazy light golden with fizzy white bubbels that don’t leave any head. Pear, lemon, hrbal hops, soft musty spices, cobwebs, some dusty apple, bitter apple skins, dry champagne. Taste is mostly dry, so barely any sweetness just a hint of tartness with a soft bitter finish. Light bodied with fizzy but low carbonation. Quite nice.

Bottle @ Stoom, Nijmegen. Clear (until you pour in the yeast) golden color, virtually no head. Smell and taste dried fruits, apple peel. Moderately dry. Nice dry apple peel finish. Medium body, suitable soft yet slightly fizzy carbonation. Don’t really get any hops that clearly but it’s a nice cider for sure.
