0.33 l bottle from 'Craft Bier Bude', best before January 2027. Hazy, amber with a thin, slightly fluffy, quickly diminishing, white head. Slightly sweetish, sourish, rather fruity and slightly funky aroma of lemon, rhubarb and sauerkraut. Quite sour, gently fruity, a little funky taste of pure lemon, rhubarb and some sauerkraut, followed by a medium long, fairly tart, citric, dry finish. Thin body, very astringent and quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. A bit too sharp for my liking, could be funkier.

Bottle. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is lemony, yoghurt, a bit flowery. Lemon-citrus, wheat, dough, refreshing. Sparkly carbonation, good!

Bottle from Beyond Beer. Hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, wheaty, malty, citrus, lactic and tart. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 181220

Bottle, 330 ml, shared with Max, Miro and Zubo. Hazy yellow, white head. Funk, horse blanket, manure, lemon, lime, juicy, medium+ sourness. Simpleton, but refreshing. Light bodied.

33cl bottle. A hazy yellow golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of sour grapes, pale malt, Sauerkraut. Taste of Sauerkraut, grapes, brett, apples, sour fruity finish.
