Bottle at the pigs ear beer festival 2023. A haxed golden orange coloured pour with a lasting white froth. Aroma is earthy Belgian yeast. Grass, Bubblegum.. Flavour is composed of, sharp, green apple, lime, tangy,, green citrus. Palate is sharp tangy, lime citrus.

330 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub, Stavanger. ABV is 3.8%. Hazy and very pale yellow colour, some yeast floaties, moderate white head. Aroma of lactic acid, hints of lemons and yeast. Very sour flavour, lactic acid and lemons galore, but better than Marlene.

8-3-8-4-15 Bottle, 4,5 years before bbd. Pours translucent, very pale yellow, with a small creamy head. Aroma is lactic notes with hay and fruity brett with apples, grapes and lemon. Light to medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is lactic acid with lemon, hay and bretty notes of rhubarb, currants and apples.

Bottled 330ml. –at Ambasada Zagreb, shared with Marko & hrabren. Pale yellow coloured, minimal white head that went away fast, fruity lemony nose. Fruity, lemony, light elderflower and slightly yeasty with tartish finish. Refreshing.

Bottle at Ambasada, shared with Ogi and Hrabren. Murky yellow body, white head. Citric, yeasty, lightly funky aroma. Lean, citric taste, yeasty, funky, lemony, unfortunately somewhat cheesy, but some berry notes too. Quite okay!

0.33 l bottle shared with Marko and Ogi at Ambasada. Zagreb. Hazy golden, small off-white head. Fruity and grainy aroma. Lightly lemony, lightly funky. Apricot. Moderate sourness. Slick. Drinkable. Lemon juice. Elderflower. A touch of cheese. Funky. Puckering finish.

Bottle at Prague Beer Fest. Compared to Marlene this is very similar, but with even more carbonation and the sour character is even more complex and most importantly more rounded, mellow, easier to drink. Great beer.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 01.10.2021) im 2021-09 getrunken. Diese Berliner Weiße hat eine trübe, gelbliche mit einen Stich grüne Färbung. Typischer Stil mit moderater Säure. Nicht schlecht!

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy and pale yellow, fizzy white head. Aroma is milky sour, slight fruity. Sour, dry, fruity. Distinct milky sour and dry finish. Vague sweetness underneath.
