Sweet-ish, minimally bready-grainy, pale and caramel malty, grassy and slightly fruity hoppy as well as minimally doughy yeasty aroma, rather unspecific fruitiness, a touch of melon at best. Taste is doughy yeasty, slightly bready-grainy, malty and minimally fruity, bitter hoppy, unspecific fruitiness, a grassy touch. Slightly oily, watery texture, dry palate, fine, dense, prickly carbonation. Quite dry, bready, earthy-grassy - very disappointing.

Bottle picked up from Appel Getrankemarkt Moosburg and consumed at home Christmas Eve, Sunday 24th December 2023 listening to Jamie Branch - Fly or Die, Fly or Die, Fly or Die ((World War)).Cooking Turkey Wellington with Delias Red Cabbage, Sprouts in Blankets, Tom Kerridges Potato, Jamie Olivers Stuffing, Raymond Blanc Celeriac Puree, Loz's gravy, Hasselback Carrots and finally Loz's Parmesan Parsnips. Pours gold with a white head, impressively bitter, wow there really is is a thrusting bitterness and hoppiness thought. A touch dry on the finish. Furriness across the tongue, citrus (mostly grapefruit) and a real pithiness. This is great.
